Notify users when their billing fails
This is important to notify users from multiple points of contact to notify them their billing has failed, We have many users that are being cancelled and upset they were not notified.

Hi Todd, We are glad to inform you that this feature now is completed. The customer will only receive this email *once* per failed payment. A new article is made for customer here http://help.zaxaa.com/customers-of-sellers/failed-recurring-payments
